Graph Neural Networks

ptgnn Yet another PyTorch library, from graph neural networks and more. The main differentiation from other libraries is that it tries to handle batching better than other libraries. I actively maintain this library.
tf2-gnn The TensorFlow sister library of ptgnn.
pytorch-scatter a library necessary for GNNs in PyTorch, containing sparse matrix operations that are missing from PyTorch.

In the research area of machine learning for code, commonly we need to extract graph representations before processing them with neural networks. Below you can find a list of projects that can extract graph representations of code.
